Hello! My name is Farrah Qadir and I am a Registered Psychologist in Alberta, Canada. I provide both in-person and virtual therapy for individuals and couples that want to improve their lives. Whether you are dealing with life transitions, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, or need help with mood management, I can guide you accordingly. I have about 16 years of experience in the mental health sector, and 25 years of personal experience. I am so passionate about mental health and try my best to help clients achieve their goals!

Mindfulness based therapy guides individuals to stay in the present moment, and relieve stress through awareness of their experience. I guide clients to use mindfulness techniques to decrease anxiety and stay focused on the task at hand.
The Gottman method is shown to be quite successful in helping couples navigate their relationship. I use tools from this to lead couples to a path of joy and union.
